When even the commercials were fun
Swingin' saxophone counterpoint! Composer Lionel Newman was Randy Newman's uncle.
I used to come home from school and watch those two guys
Dash 0:45, 10:54
The customer was TV host Gary Moore.
The opening to the intro music looks like the 20th century fox intro from 1935.
I used to think vittles was cat food tender vittles
That ring looks treacherous. Hard and slick.
Bob Warren speaks for Spic and Span.
Love it! 😊 ❤
I have a feeling that it was Eve Arden in that Joy commercial. It struck me as her.
what the hell is a vittle?
I guess Max Baer didn't sing very well and he chose to bow out and not participate in this skit.
And I thought he knew nothing.....NOTHING! Interesting to see Garry Moore pushing something other than those nasty cigarettes.
E Tremont ave or e 180 st, crossing third ave at
Elly May!
The theme song makes me sleepy.
Pass the vomit bucket.
Lonesome George Goble. Famous gameshow host and panelist.
He is related to me in.my grandmothers Side.
This is the kind of integrated commercials they'd never have allowed on British television, where there always had to be a clear division between programme content and advertising. Can't deny it's entertaining, but when you consider the Clampetts were also sponsored by a tobacco company, well...
R.I.P John...Ruhe in Frieden...a great actor you was...
Werner Klemperer should have played his supervisor. Howard Caine could be like ‘Vat is dis man doing here?’
I do remember this show and the Kelloggs commercials well. And a time when I thought food would always be very affordable.
Wallhide is a terrible name... *sigh*
<Sees a bomb part> *"I SEE NOTHING!"*
What's the date of this episode?
🤣😂 love it
TV did not miss the numerous cigarette ads that dominated the airways until 1971 .
Vim was good. Much like Salvo. Swan did quite well.
Poor Lucy stayed in trouble. Mr. Mooney got stung as well.
funniest sitcom co-star of all time....loved his appreciation for foods from strudel to sauce bernaise and everything in between
I think I saw this when I was 11

this theme song is really hard to get out of your head once u hear it a few several times lol
I like mashups. How about Herman as Toody's partner, and Grandpa taking Schnauzer's place?
Where did the OP get these clips from?
Funny how this came out reflect on how carol burnett would play a mean drunkard orphanage warden who abuses and overworks 60 adorable and whiny little girls in 1933
why the gray block on the botton left corner
Sodium Laurel Sulphate is a miraculous. Only catch, it's toxic.
California, that's specific.
Hours of labor really is the best way to gauge expense
Am-Trak would have been funnier. But for the wrong reasons.
The best 👌
Odd show
This really takes me back❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤
CBS Lucy Show 1950s
I must have been just a baby when all this originally aired. I remembered the actors did commercials for the Kellogg's company; but until now I've never seen this one. I think I would have loved to see a few episodes with Granny shopping at the supermarket.😊😊😊😊
They did not have the sponsors on the DVD sets for this show but do for The Londer even though they are both from Shout Factory.
