Man, do whatever is the most convenient for delivering content at the quality you appreciate. There is a huge crossover for viewers of this content, and if we aren't interested in where a video is going, we can skip it. I'm still interested in both because I don't have any fish, but my ducks are doing a great job enriching the water that goes in my garden (the one I keep for the animals, not us). So I'm still interested in water management, filtering, etc, but keeping an eye out for birds, goats, crop growing, etc. Maybe consider adding a clue in the thumbnail so we know if it's a farming video or an aquaponics video.

One channel makes the most sense, after all you started the other one to keep family and friends updated regarding what you were up to in your backyard. The "family and friends" have expanded, as has the "backyard", but it's still the same mission statement!

Combining the channels is good :-) A comment on chicken pens ... we built our pen around a 10,000 litre water tank. During a summer heat wave (50° in the shade of our back verandah) a lot of chickens around town died from the heat. Ours dug themselves little hollows against the side of the tank and stayed cool & healthy. We also had trees around the pen to keep things nicely shaded.
