    Thank you for this. I needed to hear it and you broke it down in such a helpful way. I have been putting perfume on my shit and building foundations out of sand. I want to put my mind towards this and live more consciously. Thank you. Will definitely be studying and doing my research.

    I hate doing the dishes! Do you? But I guess sometimes you have deep insights while doing the chores. If you’re on your healing journey, doing the inner work, releasing the trauma… Then make sure that you regularly move the negative thoughts and emotions out of your body and your energy system. My fave way to do that is with Kundalini Yoga. But you find what works for you and commit to that. Commit to your healing. You are worth it, Buttercup! ☀️

    You don’t have to practice for an hour every day. Just 5-20 minutes are enough to tune into your Self before you head in to the day. I like to add some chanting meditation after moving and breathing. What does your daily practice look like?
