And sometimes we abandon ourselves to fit in. So what can you do?
Well, here's a three part Kundalini Yoga meditation that you can do that will bring you back into your own rhythm and into your own truth.

    Instructions for Developing Self-Rhythm Meditation:
    1. Whistling Breath
    - Sit in Easy Pose, tall spine
    - Thumbs and ring fingers touching, resting the backs of your hands on your knees.
    - Whistle along with the music. If you can't whistle, purse your lips and blow the air out as if you were creating a sound
    2. Long Deep Breathing
    - Stay in Easy Pose
    - Elbows bent by your sides, forearms parallel to the ground. Left palm faces down, right palm faces up.
    - Breathe consciously and slowly, inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Let this breathing pattern be relaxed, no need to strain.
    3. Chanting
    - Stay in Easy Pose
    - Hands on your heart center, right on top of left
    - Chant along with the mantra track
