It seems as if she is not listening; nevertheless, there is an amazing path waiting for her. She has a lot of information in her mind body; she is highly intelligent with a lot of energy, and that's why she is jumping to another thought all the time. Which is great because she will be so powerful when her mind settles, when the mind will take its place as the garbage bin, which it truly is. It seems that the interviewer is totally unhappy and wondering when happiness and joy will come to rescue her. She needs to listen. Hope she reviews this interview over and over so she might understand that she needs to understand and control to her own emotions. Happiness and joy come from the inside not the opposite. Also, she needs to understand about female and male energies. Both are inside ALL of us. Competition is nit important. We were programmed as it was, but is not really.

Killing other living beings could be avoided if meat eating is avoided. Fruits create win-win situation. The tree wanted to spread its seeds and to do that, it needs animals help. That's why they create the sweet pulp to attract other animals. In ancient days Bharat, Rishis and saints eat only fruits for their survival and in return, they plant the seed and pour water so that their obligation to the plant/tree that provided the fruit is fulfilled 😊.

Philosophers have been of great importance...it is just because of them we are able to challenge superstitions in the society...the vedanta philosophy talks about brahm...the truth..it directly cut out bondages in a humans life...what else is required then! was not explicitly said but conveyed was this - if you want to be happy then just accept the reality as it happens, especially when you can't do anything to change it or control it. E.g if someone you love dies it is difficult and sad however it's not good for people who are still alive around you so accepting that this is nature and everyone one day has to pass away will give you some control on your emotion this is what it is.

Why the music
My only question is with his diet. How do you explain all the successful cases of the carnivore diet? There are some people who literally get worse when eating vegetables and fruits, compared to protein and fat. How can you tell those people to eat something that deteriorates their health? There are countless cases of people who had to stop a strickly vegan/vegetarian diet because of malnutrition and mood disorders. Also, I haven't seen strict carnivore humans get overly aggressive. If carnivores are so bad, then why are they 63% of all living creatures? And last I checked, plants are living creatures as well. Plants respond to human stimuli, can communicate with each other, and have defense mechanisms. Plus, you have plants that eat other creatures. Unfortunately, it seems like nature was meant to devour itself. I still haven't found someone who can answer these inconvenient truths....
The interviewer kept saying that i"if women rule the world" as if women rulers will make everything hunky dory.

So yeah, please know that women are equally, if not more combative or aggressive, as men.

There aren't only body part differences. Women and men have those body parts ,which has to do with hormones and those hormones also affect how they think as well. The effects of Masculinity and femininity are inside and outside the bedroom.
I also think he is wrong on diet. WE were at some point plant eaters for the most part but have evolved to be carnivoures that also some plants and fruits on occasion. There is plenty of evidence for this , including our digestive system , which can't create fatty acids from plants like herbivores do . They ferment their plant matter with the bacteria in their digestive systom to then produce fatty acids which they then absorb as nutrition for themselves. So all herbivores have a high fat diet essentially.
We don't do that. We need to our nutrition by eating animal based foods. This is of course if you want to be healthy and not have health issues. eating a diet devoid of animal foods is a survival type diet. And of course you don't need to eat meat to aquire animal based nutrition. RAw/cooked eggs, raw milk, caviar....

I once had a chance to ask another Guru about the diet. I asked why is milk ok to consume but eggs are not ok. He said that it has something to do with the nature of these foods. Very simplified way: eggs have similar energy to meat - will not help with spiritual growth, while milk does not have that effect.

The whole point of Hinduism is to disassociate from your material body and world. To connect with the genderless and formless soul. Sadguru is saying that when you take your consciousness and start identifying with your body, that's all that will play in your head. All the current problems that we are facing today of people being confused about their gender and wanting to be represented as another gender is all due to this consciousness identifying with the material body. If someone feels that they dont belong in their current body or that they don't like how their body looks, this is a problem of not having control over their consciousness. If people were fully aware of their consciousness and how it works, you can essentially avoid these worries, you would know how to keep your self happy and content with what you have. If these people were fully aware and had complete control over their lives, they wouldn't seek to be someone or something else. Those who are content with what and who they are, will naturally fit the various biological roles the world has created.

Yoga is 100% based on action and movement, not faith. You only need faith to begin to embody it if you have no curiosity towards your own body, and the basic practice of methods to explore curiosity. Same with science. If a person has zero curiosity, they may listen to scientists and remember what they say, and perhaps argue and fight over someone else's observations and conclusions but they'll never do science on their own, even the little bits that are within their means.
