I am writing this considering that you are a foreigner and not a hindu. "The beauty of dharma" - this line by you shows that you are really on the right track, since people(mostly foreigners) just go after karma(it's manifestations/effects) , the new buzzword they have recently discovered and apparently don't know it's meaning. Dharma(not religion) is what everyone must follow which will eventually pave way to karma. Everyone has a specific role to play (at a given point and time), may be as a teacher,a doctor, a parent, a soldier or even a civilized citizen, which is his dharma. Sadhguru is 100% true, I have see the transformation in one of our supplier who became isha student. He used to be an arrogant person, so we avoided him and later one day reluctantly I went to him on an urgent requirement and surprised he transformed completely.

Also some environmentalists and travellers don't care about money they just care about the experience. And there are people or saints in Himalaya at least, who lives without slightest worry about money. But generally we choose to have constant inflow of money to live.
Human beings even when liberated can not exceed 78% of the qualities of the Lord Krishna! So accepting our humble position in the cosmos is important. We are not God and never will be, but He loves us more than we will ever understand.

It's mentioned by the greatest Saints and Sages that the attraction of opposite sex (physical attachments) is powerful in a living Creature and also to human beings. But the attraction of money is 10 times higher than physical attachments. And the attraction of power is 10 times powerful than money.
So it is hard to be a honest and sincere in case of money and holding a higher level of service like MLA, MP etc.
It's a common fact known to all the "money and power" makes a person greedy lustful brutal animal who thinks for selfish impatient neglecting the interest of general mass of people. In BhagadGita these greedy liars are called DEMONS of demomiac properties.

Human beings even when liberated can not exceed 78% of the qualities of the Lord Krishna!
