Good solid advice i like the breakdown of technique and variation between quarter pull, half pulls x 2 , then full pull. What kind of speed should men do when using it ? 2:43
Getting this done as a part of my exercise advent calendar for December and end of the year programming! I always come back to this series and recommend it when somebody bemoans having a weak core or various pains. Gede, thank you again for this awesome challenge, and if you ever do another one in this format, I'll give that a go too!

2 Years ago I couldn't do the floating bird dog with a row and weights. 2 years later with consistency I managed to do it with 17.5kg weights (first time I've attmepted them since I did them 2 years ago) . Thanks Gede.

This is fantastic information Gede! you've literally hit all the points I was searching high and low for. Such an underrated exercise. Especially for sprinters like myself and pretty much everyone who's an office worker. If only I'd known about this exercise back when I was 15 suffering lower back pain. Going to add this to my accessory movements as well as the Jefferson curls to increase lumbar spinal mobility. Thanks Gede

Thanks for the tip on not doing the wide release up, was doing that in my race in Rotterdam 😅… (since I saw some fast guys doing it in my first race in Amsterdam 2023). Next up race will be in Amsterdam again in Oct 💪🔥
