    Loved the L sits and reverse crunch in this one.
    Do not like weighted sit ups! Really have to focus not to lift my feet.

    Absolutely loving the series, thank you so much, Gede! Sorry if I’ve missed something, but could you explain a bit more what does the “ice cube under your belly” mean? I’m never quite sure. 😄

    This one was good.. I liked that my R3 was feeling strong eventhough I was expecting to feel fatigue.. Coupled with Waz Ashayer intervals #44. Thanks Gede.
