    Day 20 in the bag.
    Interesting that when you are doing the weighted walk you don't initially feel like you are doing much until you feel your abs and you can feel how much they are engaged.
    These sessions are so good Gede.

    Weirdly I found being a flamingo and pressing the weight easier than taping the toe.
    Really enjoyed this one. Halos are cool.

    Catch up day today. Loved that. I did alternate hands for the first two moves as the arms were struggling. Somehow managed the flamingo for the full time and the deadlines but did have to plant the foot after the overhead. Loved the class
