  • Welcome to Day 21 of the 28 day Core Challenge.
    It’s that day again! Plank challenge day. This week we are cranking it up and extending the time.
    Put your physical and mental strength to the test in this 7.5min unbroken plank.

    A few wobbly transitions but made it to the end 🔥what an improvement! Who knew core training could be so much fun - did a shred on FiiT yesterday - really felt a lot stronger and massive improvement in stability in a lot of the moves - thank you for doing this!

      But you made it through, you conquered it 💪🏻 that is great to hear about you feeling stronger and more connected in your workouts. Transferring all this gold to everything else is key. Keep up the amazing work!

    After a 40 min HIIT Class with Gus this morning which used a lot of shoulder strength……. felt this today, Completed yet again unbroken, thanks Gede 💪

    Day 21 in the BAG
    I'm coming back to do all of these challenges again.
    After a 40-minute FiiT class this was tough. The sweaty mat didn't make it any easier.
    I should have learnt from all the other challenges to do these before the FiiT classes. Lol
    Love these Gede.
    Once we finish the next 7 days I've got 3 of these classes so far that I'm coming back to challenge myself again as I wasn't happy with my performance.
    You are doing AWESOME with these sessions. Thank you

    O my god that was sooo hard!!!
    Enjoyed it but had lots of breaks I’m afraid. Xx

    Managed about 45 seconds of each, could not master the transitions and had lower knee down for knee to elbow at the end. I'm holing on 3rd or 4th repeat of this challange I'll have improved 😍

    Omg this was tough on my shoulders clearly need to strengthen them. but I would not have been able to do this aswell as I did 20 days ago!

    Ah man I struggled. 3 breaks shoulders on fire. I blame it on the upper body workout I did earlier.
