Especially for sprinters like myself and pretty much everyone who's an office worker. If only I'd known about this exercise back when I was 15 suffering lower back pain. Going to add this to my accessory movements as well as the Jefferson curls to increase lumbar spinal mobility. Thanks Gede
That’s great to hear! These are so good for bullet proofing knees. But if you do ever feel discomfort in the knees try taking the knees out wider or back off a little 👍🏻
This exercise has been perfect for my atp. Now im curious about what would be the upper body equivalent of this exercise that helps with rounded shoulders?
