I will have to add these to my program for a while. My gym closed and now I can't do my leg extensions and as an advanced lifter that really sucks. It will reopen in a year so I mean squats, reverse nordics, nordics, romanians, bulgarians, calf & tibialis raises are good enough for now.

i dread having to do these, but i DO because i found out the hard way i wasnt preparing my quad muscles for my 5plus mile jogs i do throughout the week. (leg-day-only exerciser)
ive beeen doing them for 5or6 weeks now, and im sure my form isn't great, my head doesnt get particularly close to my feet, but im very satisfied with how im able to do 15 reps, three times, and thats only once a week... if you say twice a week im sure that would help.
id say you gave good tips in the vid, but im gonna skip the rubberbands, im either gonna get better without assisters, or never get better.
THE BEST NEWS ABOUT MY PROGRESS WITH THEM IS IVE YET TO EXPERIENCE CRIPPLING QUAD PAIN AGAIN SINCE DOING THEM, AND I WEIGH AROUND 200LB AND JOG IN THE HOT WEATHER 23 OR SO MILES A WEEK.
losing weight just isnt the easy part for me

That's great your getting results with these already Dan and good work implementing Reverse Nordics into your program! If you move towards thinner and thinner bands over time, these will allow you to eventually progress to unassisted reverse nordics. The bands will also help you to get more range at the bottom where you are weakest and strengthen this range (do the recommended mobility, stretching, and soft tissue work too). Yes twice per week will be more effective and if you're interested in how to integrate reverse nordics into your lower body training better and see some examples of what that looks like, simply send us an email with the title 'Reverse Nordics Lower Body Program' and my team will attend to this

I'm sorry, I just hate the name. You wouldn't call a leg extension a "reverse curl." So why call a bodyweight leg extension a reverse curl?
