    Day 16 and that’s the most proud I’ve felt doing a core class. Managed to do it all without breaks. It definitely helps doing the stinky bug first ha.
    Also side planks on my hand were much better for me. Thank you!!! Xx

    Enjoyed that this morning. Side planks still catching me but finding myself getting stronger and able to do theb moves more and more each day

    Last year I couldn’t do the side planks with leg lift, but I can now thanks to you Gede 👏

    Day 16 in the Bag.
    Gede we could just do a normal Bird Dog, you had to add a hover.
    Could just do a normal side plank you had to add a raise and a knee tuck thing.
    Loved it

    Hovering bird dog - tough…… had to really focus and lift one limb at a time!
