What is going on with people in this world. It seems like ever since 2016 or the pandemic people have lost their minds. We need to go back to a time where people had sense, class and cared about each other. We are living in very scary times. Soon in the US we aren’t going to be able to go any where, because people don’t know how act.

Those are suggestions for the US. I go on cruises in the Baltic Sea, between Helsinki and Stockholm/Tallinn. Those boats are of course a lot smaller. But the kids run around on their own without any problems. Also if there is a fridge/minibar it's included in the cabin price.

We have cruised during Hurricane season however, we now prefer to book in Feb as it's a slow time for loads and it's cold in winter here. (Maine) it's not Hurricane season that matters to us. We just really enjoy a break from the snow lol.

Yes, I cruise during hurricane season. I’m currently on the way to Port Canaveral for a cruise tomorrow. I’ve been out to sea to ride out hurricanes in the past, not a big deal at all.

We just got off the NCL Gem on a 7 day Canada Cruise. There were only 2 times someone tried to sell us stuff individually 1. We had the thermal suite. On my third visit, the spa manager sternly said "You're need a massage!" then broke into a smile and said "I will give you $50 off". Not sure how to recover from that hard sell😅 The wine steward at Le Bistro tried to get us to go with a rose champagne instead of the included in my drink package veuve yellow label. I mean a wine steward trying to sell wine. So my recommendation would be to sail NCL Gem.

I don’t think I would ever choose to cruise during hurricane season, although I did get married on Royal Caribbean explorer of the seas on December 6, 2003. So that was just outside of hurricane season and we did experience some rough seas were most of the passengers seem to be seasick. Perhaps it was just a tail end of a stray hurricane.

I don't drink but it's necessary to drink water and juice and I will be fine. There really isn't anything I require. I just want the option to do what I want.
