Curb appeal is poor with a garage that looks bigger than the home. Nice office space with its own bathroom? The home entry is not impressive with walls and stairs greeting you. Once down the hall, the home’s large open floor plan presents in stark but nice contrast. Garage entry to the home is great for bringing in groceries! 3 bedrooms, 2 baths upstairs with a very nice Master Suite. Office could be a 4th bedroom. Laundry area in the upstairs hallway is fine, but dryer has to vent upwards. Don’t care for that. Also not a fan of my bedroom over the garage, or any living space for that matter. Nice home in many ways though.

It's a good plan with plenty of living space, but do we need two half baths on the ground floor? The one near the kitchen could be part of a larger pantry. Alternatively, the study could become another bedroom, and its half bath reconfigured to include a shower. There are some possibilities here.....

Absolutely beautiful.. practical and elegant, it covers just about all needs for a comfortable living. Room in garage for garden/yardwork supplies, immediate access to office with convenient half bathroom, another half bath for guests beside the garage, enough bedrooms and storage, all with style(love the black/white contrasting tiles in the kitchen)--even a fireplace that offers a cozy atmosphere. Great job! 😊👏 ❤

Ok..... Here we go...... First off, it's a WINNER!! I love it! When I first saw it has a an attached 2 car garage I thought YES! This is a requirement for me. I have a 3 car garage currently. Then going through the front door into a hallway and an office instead of walking into a living room.... that took all the excitement out of me, wasn't really a fan of that till I saw the rest of the house. My excitement returned. Now just a couple of changes to make it "mine". The office.... Needs a larger window. Thought it was strange that window was as small as it is when I thought that might be the living room. The living room.... Needs to be larger. Move that back wall out a ways. Problem solved. The windows at the sides of the fireplace need to be larger. I like windows. 😂 A large covered porch with an outdoor fireplace and a built in brick bbq grill also would be SWEET. The stairs.... How about some storage under them. Bathrooms..... Really, 4 of them??? The more the merrier I guess. 😂😂😂 Needs a shower/tub combo in the common bathroom upstairs. Laundry area..... Home run being up stairs near the bedrooms. Just no "see through doors" please. The bedrooms..... I dont need 3, it's just the wife and myself. But we have 3 now. One is an office/ computer room. Guess one of the rooms in this house could be an exercise room. If I wanted one. Overall impression of this house..... GRAND SLAM OVER THE CENTER FIELD FENCE AND INTO THE PARKING LOT!!!! Put this on my property with all my trees and its DEFINITELY a winner!!!! But.... Sorry to say 😢 I ain't gonna tear my house down to build this one. Its paid for and I wanna retire in a couple more years. FANTASTIC job on this BEAUTIFUL house!!!! 🤟😎

How can you see floor plans and room sizes for this beautiful house? Can’t seem to find on site.

Love the home !! Beautiful, light and airy. I like the open concept living, dining and kitchen area. I especially love the large master bedroom, where you could have relaxing reading nook by the window, and the great design of the closet and en-suite bathroom. Would love sitting on the covered front porch reading a good book or just enjoying the view. 😊😊

Parts of it look cozy while other parts look institutional with exposed cinder block. That size home needs a third bedroom. It won't sell as a two bedroom as it is almost 2,000 sq. Feet.

Pretty nice home but I would much more prefer a 3rd bedroom over a 3rd bathroom. The master suite could be reduced some in size to accommodate that 3rd bedroom. Love the open concept, pantry and laundry rooms though!

Nice house. The master bedroom walk-in closet and bathroom both need doors! I don't like the walk-in tub and shower combo in the master, I'd prefer these to be separate. It looks like the kitchen island is very close to the rest of the kitchen with a very narrow passage, but that just may be optics. Otherwise, I like it!

It's a neat looking place. I'd make a few minor alterations: put a woodstove into the fireplace and relocate the TV; change the kitchen island to standard counter height; and the "bathtub in the shower" isn't my style.

Kitchen needs replanning by either placing the sink in the island or under a window!

The tiles are terrible no matter which room they are in. There is no main entrance door, no bathtub and no wardrobe at the entrance. The TV must not be near a heat source.

What country are you from/the location of LAMD Design???? I googled LAMD and no company in America exists!! The entrance door in United States can NOT open outward! They must open inward for security reasons. A intruder can break into a outward opening door easier. With an inward open door, security chain/door chain can be used. Also a security brace can be place below the door knob/handle to keep the door being forcefully opened..... OTHER than that, I really like this plan. A little tweaking and it would be amazing

Now this is a nice home layout. I love the tiny office/work area. Plenty of living a kitchen space with plenty of storage.

Nice 2 BR, 2.5 bath home. I think the loft is perfection!

The cabinet just inside the entry should be for coats and footwear, but that's easily replaced. The open fireplace should instead hold an airtight woodburning stove or a gas unit, and the TV relocated. Those are more easy fixes. If this house had a basement, the pantry could be replaced by the stairway down. I'm not keen on skylights for bedrooms, and this one probably wouldn't qualify for a code-required emergency egress.
