This is a disappointing video because there is no clear floor plan, and it's not obvious how the rooms are related to each other.

I would flip the current entrance to be facing the backyard, instead. That would make the garage facing the street and using the back door as the front door instead. If I'm relaxing on a balcony or porch, I would rather be facing my backyard and not looking straight at my neighbors and them, me. Also, no need for the creepy people inside.......
