Great kitchen, dining room and living rooms! 2 downstairs bedrooms are nice once we decide to move downstairs as we age but we would need both of the downstairs bedroom closet spaces. The laundry room can double as pantry too. The master suite is very nice and all we need. Bathrooms are wonderful! Once again, we would want it with stove over a fireplace.
WOW! I Love it, the exterior, the entrance, beautiful mirror w/table, love the kitchen w/ french doors, love the living room w/ fireplace and sitting bench next to it, the laundry room, the bathroom and 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom w/ master bathroom and your own lounge sofa, the lighting, the design, the layout, the brick walls, love everything ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
This plan checks all my boxes! It even suggests that it could include a basement. If there is no basement, the understairs space could be a pantry closet.
Tremendous! This is a design for the SAVED file. The angles, many windows (including two-story!), rustic styling, and upstairs retreat are architectural poetry for me. This is clearly a four-season home, so I’m going to hold you to the entry closet in the blueprint instead of the entry storage portrayed in the video that, while pretty when empty, favours style over function. I know that I’d need a step or similar under the master suite window so I could look outside and see anything apart from sky and treetops, LOL! Superior work - would definitely live there!
Love the design Jasper! Could you make a 1bdr, full bath with basement? I haven't started learning how to use the CAD software yet that I recently got.
I love the flow thru this home. However, that slopped ceiling in the upper bathroom would not work out. You have gorgeous ceilings on the first floor. If I had this design just for the first floor, I could easily live with this. Very nice!
Are builders not caring anymore if the bathroom stares into the living area? It's an automatic turn off for me. Also the master window is like not having one at all, not to mention a safety issue if you are stuck up there, absolutely no way to get out of the second floor. Kitchen seems cold and the light wood ceilings do not flow with the house.
Foyer, but no closet. Separate powder room and laundry room; each is too large. Both could fit in one, smaller space. Where's the pantry for that small kitchen? Giant full bath open to and facing glass walled living room? First bedroom's closet is small and the bed's too large; it has room for only one nightstand. Same with second bedroom, but it has two nightstands and a lot of wasted space at the entry. Inconvenient placement of bedrooms and main bathroom in relation to living room. Too many slants and slopes to primary bedroom (with small closet), which should be on main floor. Vaulted living room is nice, but not energy efficient or good use of space. Second floor suite should be on ground floor, especially since there's no garage or even parking pad. 😑 Sorry....

Love the tall, expansive window in the great room. Gorgeous!
Love that the laundry room isn't in the kitchen area. That it is near the bedrooms!

I would have loved this when my family was younger. I wouldn't want to live here alone
Great design. Master bath needs help, though. Toilet looks to be a bit of a head bonk.
Two things I did not like: the bathroom that gives to the livingroom, and the master upstairs.
Maravillosa ❤
❤Oh mi Dios amoroso 😮!

Zero curb appeal but once you're inside, who cares?? 😀
