Preciosa , los baños increíbles ese alicatado original es impresionante la distribución maravillosa. Toda la fachada de piedra y madera no tengo palabras . Felicidades
Lovely Cabin, if I could, I'd have it made a bit larger all around, and an attached garage or least a breeze way to a garage off the side door, off the mudroom or what ever, in the colder regions, man it's nice to have an attached garage, I know it takes away from the look of the cabin, but if done in the same style, it could look just as nice, plus you could put the mechanical room in the garage as well, and or put on a basement, that would be great, nice added space, and storage, tuck a spiral staircase in a corner, YEP I'LL TAKE IT ! ha,
Eliminate that piano wall, close off 2 hallway, lower peninsula to accommodate bkfst nook seating-add in pantry or a work desk area for family use. Addition of carport or 2car garage in cold climates a must. TY 😀
With a small master bathroom, the shower seems like an afterthought. I would get rid of the bathtub and put in a larger shower. The bathroom would feel more spacious. You might also consider having a smaller doorway to the bathroom and moving the toilet to the left side, and creating a separate room for the toilet. The window could be moved to between the two sinks and mirrors placed on either side. Then the first thing one would see when the door is open is the sink, not the toilet. In the hallway bathroom, because it also is small, I would get rid of the door to the bedroom, move the toilet to the front side where the sink is and add a half modesty wall. I would move the sink where the toilet is, but against the wall opposite the laundry sink. I would enlarge the shower. Now when a guest sees the bathroom, they will notice the sink, and not the toilet. Instead of a piano, you might consider a built-in bar and wine rack. I would imagine that a house such as this, you were planning on using ductless mini-splits to heat/cool so that the necessary vents would be minimal. Even then, a utility room for the water heater is needed.
Adorei esse projeto. Gostei do revestimento de pedras na parede externa. Gosto quando a entrada da casa dá um.pouco de privacidade para o interior dela. Aconchegante.
Nice home, however I would not have two doorways to the one bathroom. One from the hallway would be good enough. Easy to add a garage next to the laundry room.
I love this but I think if you eliminated the door from the smaller bath to the bedroom you could get a decent size shower in there. The short hallway is not a big problem to get from the bedroom to the bath and the door is not visible from the living area so as far as I am concerned, this wouldn't be a problem.
This house is beautiful. Love the porches, but this house is a non starter for me with the limited upper cabinets in the kitchen, and zero pantry space. Both are musts for most women.
No closet at the entry, no end tables for the living room seating. Apparently no cupboard/pantry for FOOD, and apparently no heating/cooling or hot water system. A waste of time designing this ... as nice as it looks, I would never live there.
Fabulous...A bathtub and space for a piano!! 😅❤❤❤
Absolutely beautiful design!
Blessings to all of you!

Bellísima ! Solo le hace falta 1 habitación más y seria casi perfecta 🎉
Nice house, but you forgot the mechanical room for furnace, water heater and water softener, would be nice if you add this room, thank you.
In the Basement !
@@mcclaynjazmyn9845there's no basement in this house or second floor
@@OlegShaptala-th7sj you could've had it put in ya know, basements do exist, don't be limited.
Air conditioner unit or garage/carport???
@@Ann-cx3ti yeah 👍
Must have, large pantry, take away the wall between the kitchen and living room, mudroom in the laundry area, basement, sold!
Beautiful charming smart
Very nice getaway home. Would love to have something like this backed up to a lake or pond.

More of this style only larger, pantry, screened room off the master etc, thanks
Do you have a matching detached garage?
siuuuuuu, you want to come up with ideas to design a small house next to your wall?
Grazie
I see a lot of wasted hall space but otherwise beautiful
Cute.... But, 3 porches and only 2 bedrooms. Not much for a family home.
It’s for empty nesters.
Outstanding-when can I move in😊👍👍. Cost?-Tones

Pues yo esta casa la encuentro bastante coqueta y asequible. Por cuánto me vendría a salir?
❤
Like where you put the fireplace
How do you buy a floor plan?

But it is called Downsizing for a reason
