What a beautiful house! The layout of the rooms is particularly well thought out. The home office next to the main entrance offers a touch of sophistication, and the master bedroom is absolutely perfect. Well done!
Really nice. I love it. So many nice details. I think the camera made the bedrooms look smaller than they are. The only change I would make would be to omit the outside door in the laundry room. I just personally hate walk through laundry rooms. The floor in my laundry room usually has clothes and baskets everywhere
Every floor plan is so thought out - practical! I love them. Only flaw I see on this one is there's a bit of space between the dining room and living room that's "unaccounted for. Also, don't see a reason to have a shower the size of a powder room - just a lot of glass and tile to clean soap off of.
This is the best plan I’ve seen. For me, personally, since I’m old 😊I’d want a wall oven/microwave combo across from the fridge, all drawers in the pantry and the kitchen except for under the sink, and no tub….but, the house is beautiful and functional as it is. Love the wood ceilings.👏👏👏

I absolutely love the built-in's and the surround/mantal for the fireplace, the stain of the wood, the hardwood floor are perfect. The master bathroom was a bit on the weird side. I would have loved to have seen a sunroom and the laundry room closer to garage and mudroom. The garage needs an ADU. Other than that, it is gorgeous
Can u make a 2 partial 2 story design, and a powder room in the office by front door. Also can the garage be turned sideways so it's not hitting you in the face when u drive up and make definitions smaller?
Loved the double front doors on the porch until I realized you can only open the right one partially until it hits the wall. Nice flow to the design though. Bedrooms need ample room for a dresser AND a chest of drawers. NYC apartments have this issue with the bedroom size and they make it up with drawers and space in the closets. These closets, however, are too small.
Instead of that little wall between dinning and kitchen put a beam in there and the first two bedroom a little bigger with real closets. Looks like no space to put their things or a dresser. Be nice if utility has no door. Other than that it is a great place.
The kitchen is way too small, certainly not for a person that cooks! The bedrooms are too small also. I would rather have a large kitchen, no formal dining room, 2 bedrooms, with 1 large primary bedroom, nicer closet and bathroom.
A favour to ask .... can you provide me with website and name for the gravel / stone material in the driveway?? I have been looking for quite a while to find a material that looks good. Also, what program are you using to create your renderings ??
I love it most of it but kitchen needs to be bigger it is tge focus of most open floor plan homes in US. Laundry too. Off garage would by gargae would allow few more feet for bedroom/baths 1/2. Im a no to bathtub so big showe/sauna in master.
