This place has curb appeal! There's an entry closet, and there's a woodstove in the fireplace! I see a big laundry room and a pantry closet. This is definitely a box-checker and nicely presented! When can I move in?
Beautiful home: each room flows smoothly into the next, the dining area and kitchen are roomy so you don’t feel you’re cooking and eating on top of each other and your choice of furnishings and decor are tasteful and inviting. Well done👍🏾

This is a CGI created house plan. I think it's just an exercise in house design and decorating. I don't think there are actual plans you can buy. Notice, there are no electrical outlets, no wiring to lamps, no latches on doors or locks on windows, no vents for heat or A/C. Of course there's no place for a water heater or A/C unit. They are not part of the decor and design. Just appreciate the the work and creativity that went into making these fantasy homes. I wish I had the talent and opportunity to do what these creators do. What fun to "build" and decorate homes without actual construction or a decorating budget.

Was coming here to say similar. With all that closet space, what’s the need for the linen area in the bathroom? At the least, remove it & rearrange making a larger shower or tub/ shower space.

you can do a tankless water heater and put furnace in Attic Space. Also you could eliminate sink in Laundry room and place a water heater there.
