There are two alternate living room walls for better placement of the TV. The cooktop should be against a wall with a proper extractor hood. The guest toilet and laundry room accessed from the garage? I don't think so! What I presumed to be a walk-in closet for the downstairs bedroom proved to be a plant room! The upstairs bedrooms have just tiny windows. Actually, overall this house has very little natural light. I'm afraid this is not a good plan as presented.
The bathroom fot guests is in the garage? The kitchen is dysfunctional and completely unusable! There was never a view of the back of the house! Too many changes to list! Living room was on point, the only room that was!
Some of the rooms are cute, but it's moronic to have a full bathroom in the garage. How many people want to have company over and say "if you need to use the restroom, go out to the dirty garage, sorry about the fumes, it's the first door on the left. Once again, the couple in that master bedroom better not have an entire wardrobe with seasonal changes, because there is pathetically little room for clothes. Pretty on paper doesn't mean it's functional, and you've prove you can't do that.
