There's a generous sized entry, and the living/dining area is quite large. Indeed, the living room could be enlarged to fill that big, empty space. I presume the laundry machines are out on the porch - not ideal for colder climates. The bath off the kitchen could be better used as a laundry room and powder room, and the display cabinet in the kitchen could be better used for more counter space and a pantry cabinet. The plan has good spaces, but I'd utilize them a bit differently.

A window in the bedrooms is sufficient.
The space doesn't seem to be used efficiently as there is quite a bit of floor area devoted to the dinning space as an example.

WHY put a full bathroom so far away from the beadrooms????? It should be just a half bathroom and add another full bathroom as a master bathroom. NO laundry room or pantry!! VERY BAD PLANING AND DESIGN!!!!!!!

@@teresal5553 but I'm saying if it is just for guess, a simple half bath is all you need. It doesn't need a bathtub or shower. Just a toilet and sink
