This presentation is not up to the usual Jasper Tran standards. The video doesn't indicate which door is the entrance, and none of them are set up well for it. The kitchen windows should be changed to counter height, and there's a huge plant where there could be a pantry cabinet. In a smaller house, I'm not fond of taking up limited space with a decorative fireplace, and this one is artificial because there is no chimney!

There is a lot to love here.
The video itself - I am loving the sound! The dreamy piano music and birdsongs and rain sound effects are mesmerizing!
The house - Love the porch, love the wood finishes and paint colors. It's rustic, but the colors are sophisticated.
Love that the stairs are wide enough and are not winders. They look easy to walk up and not too difficult to move furniture.
It's impressive that you fit so many rooms and features into a small footprint.
My suggestions are about fenestration.
The windows and door that are on the front porrch need to be switched. The doors onto the porch should be replaced with windows, and the window should replaced by a front door. With that, you would have a more welcoming exterior appearance, avoid confusing your guests, and have a good entrance hall for taking off coats and boots. There is already a closet there that could be a coat closet. (Is it open to the space under the stairs?)
Maybe a window could be added to the upstairs bathroom?
While the windows in the kitchen look very good from the outside, it would not be practical to have *conventional* cabinets and counters installed across windows. (Objects and dirt would fall and build up between the cabinets and windows, and the only way to clean or retrieve things would be to go outside and pry the windows open.) But, I saw a video where an architect did something really creative installing a counter in front of existing windows. I'll try to find it and reply with the channel and video name. Something like what he did could allow the big windows and the counter to coexist. Since you have the sink there, it might be a little more complicated, but anyway, there might be a way to pull it off. If not, only solution would be to make the windows smaller to fit above the counter.
Jasper, I don't know if you will see this. The video with the counter in front of windows is from Robert M Berger. It is a short titled something like "Maximizing countertops in a small condo" and was uploaded June 22, 2023. You will find it interesting, in case you ever want to run kitchen counters across big windows again.
I love this design, I love the attention to detail you put in all your designs, it must take a lot of work and I appreciate it because it inspires me to want to build my own small home on my tiny patch of land in the UK, Thank you Jasper 💖

Love it! But, l'd use one side of the space below the bookshelves for wood storage, and add another shelf on the other side. And after people bang their heads on that hanging light fixture, a ceiling fan with lights will go in. Violas (or if that's a cello) are for playing, not getting knocked off the wall!

Should move the laundry space in the kitchen under the stairs and exchange the position of toilet & bath with bedroom on 1st floor, hence the bedroom size could be bigger. Less decoration would be better.

Pretty little home. I wouldn't want a washer/dryer in a hallway. If you made this a bit bigger, then you could add a laundry room.

This house would be cuter if it had a wraparound porch with a porch swing and the fireplace to be connected so you had fireplace inside and outside and more outside of log cabin wood 🪵 look exterior and in kitchen wood 🪵 cabinets to match the butcher block countertops because you already have white paint on walls and backsplash need balance so it would look shabby sheik bathroom wall by the bathtub would look better if it was pebbles tile for bathroom backsplash and floor to match 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

I quite like this one! I think I'd switch the location of the window and door in the front porch so the entrance is facing the stairs, not the kitchen table. That side door would be handy for people who want to add a garage or carport to the design. I would use the main floor bedroom as an office/study or art studio. Nice work!
My only concern would be the head height for the angled roof on the second floor hallway area. How low is that on the low side? Will people bump their heads?
I think we can copy this design for our own dream home, but make modifications as per our preference.

The floor plans of these homes could be better suited to the needs of real people and I’m not fond at all of all the built in furniture. Lack of storage, closets that look like a hotel room. From the outside things look great,but then….
Not one of my faves, Jasper. Not an open concept at all, no dining room, master suite downstairs.

Отвратительная планировка!((( Дверь в гостиную открывается прямо на диван, как проходить в дом непонятно. Из столовой двери на терассу открываются прямо на стол, и тоже непонятно как проходить. Ну а санузел второго этажа прямо над обеденным столом кухни-столовой это вообще апофеоз глупости и непоофессионализма.🤦🤷🤮
