I would like the upper floor if it wasn't visible from below.
The cabinet just inside the entry should be for coats and footwear, but that's easily replaced. The open fireplace should instead hold an airtight woodburning stove or a gas unit, and the TV relocated. Those are more easy fixes. If this house had a basement, the pantry could be replaced by the stairway down. I'm not keen on skylights for bedrooms, and this one probably wouldn't qualify for a code-required emergency egress.
I always receive suggestions to make the channel more developed.
The tiles are terrible no matter which room they are in. There is no main entrance door, no bathtub and no wardrobe at the entrance. The TV must not be near a heat source.
What country are you from/the location of LAMD Design???? I googled LAMD and no company in America exists!! The entrance door in United States can NOT open outward! They must open inward for security reasons. A intruder can break into a outward opening door easier. With an inward open door, security chain/door chain can be used. Also a security brace can be place below the door knob/handle to keep the door being forcefully opened..... OTHER than that, I really like this plan. A little tweaking and it would be amazing
