Absolutely beautiful.. practical and elegant, it covers just about all needs for a comfortable living. Room in garage for garden/yardwork supplies, immediate access to office with convenient half bathroom, another half bath for guests beside the garage, enough bedrooms and storage, all with style(love the black/white contrasting tiles in the kitchen)--even a fireplace that offers a cozy atmosphere. Great job! 😊👏 ❤

First off, it's a WINNER!!
I love it!
When I first saw it has a an attached 2 car garage I thought YES! This is a requirement for me. I have a 3 car garage currently.
Then going through the front door into a hallway and an office instead of walking into a living room.... that took all the excitement out of me, wasn't really a fan of that till I saw the rest of the house. My excitement returned.
Now just a couple of changes to make it "mine".
The office....
Needs a larger window. Thought it was strange that window was as small as it is when I thought that might be the living room.
The living room....
Needs to be larger. Move that back wall out a ways. Problem solved.
The windows at the sides of the fireplace need to be larger. I like windows. 😂
A large covered porch with an outdoor fireplace and a built in brick bbq grill also would be SWEET.
The stairs....
How about some storage under them.
Bathrooms.....
Really, 4 of them???
The more the merrier I guess. 😂😂😂
Needs a shower/tub combo in the common bathroom upstairs.
Laundry area.....
Home run being up stairs near the bedrooms. Just no "see through doors" please.
The bedrooms.....
I dont need 3, it's just the wife and myself. But we have 3 now. One is an office/ computer room. Guess one of the rooms in this house could be an exercise room. If I wanted one.
Overall impression of this house.....
GRAND SLAM OVER THE CENTER FIELD FENCE AND INTO THE PARKING LOT!!!!
Put this on my property with all my trees and its DEFINITELY a winner!!!!

It's a good plan with plenty of living space, but do we need two half baths on the ground floor? The one near the kitchen could be part of a larger pantry. Alternatively, the study could become another bedroom, and its half bath reconfigured to include a shower. There are some possibilities here.....

Curb appeal is poor with a garage that looks bigger than the home. Nice office space with its own bathroom? The home entry is not impressive with walls and stairs greeting you. Once down the hall, the home’s large open floor plan presents in stark but nice contrast. Garage entry to the home is great for bringing in groceries! 3 bedrooms, 2 baths upstairs with a very nice Master Suite. Office could be a 4th bedroom. Laundry area in the upstairs hallway is fine, but dryer has to vent upwards. Don’t care for that. Also not a fan of my bedroom over the garage, or any living space for that matter. Nice home in many ways though.
