I also noted a lack of a laundry are, no dishwasher, potential wasted space under the stairway. I think the pool is way to close to the house, the downstairs bath looks like it's a "wet room". There was no drain and in a room with what looked like parquet wooden floors? Not a fan of wet rooms to begin with, and showers that only have partial shower doors. Water splashes off the body in question. How are towells, toilet paper and other items kept dry?

I'm not keen on this one. There's a vast, empty space when you walk in, and noplace to hang your coat. The odd fireplace is not my taste, and the living room area is small. The kitchen needs more counter and storage space. (An island would help.) There is no laundry area. Upstairs, one of the bedrooms may have a headroom issue. At the end, there's no cutaway view or floor plan of the ground floor, and the view of the upstairs is covered by the promos for other videos. Three minutes of the video is repeated scans of the outside. I know you can do better than this presentation.
