One Berlingo Camper, two "not dead yet" humans & a dog with dementia.
Hi. We will be posting, hopefully both entertaining and educational videos of our adventures in our little Micro Camper, "Buddy Berlingo", along with some tips and changes to the way we use the van, we've made along the way and
who says this van life malarky is only for the young?
Being shall we say, both of advancing years (don't you just love that term) it does take us a little longer to do things.
Being in a such small space, you have to be exceptionally organised, moving objects and your bodies around to suit the task required and cramp isn't far away, but neither is laughter and we can all do with some of that. So why not come along and join us for the ride.
Who knows where we'll end up!

It was time to hit the road again. As we had driven straight south bypassing Berneray, we thought we'd head back North to take a look.
Unfortunately, the weather had other ideas. It was on the change and gave us an uncomfortable night back down on South Uist but, we're made of strong stuff and it only made us more determined to see the funny side and boy did we! 😄

Thank you for the informative video, I am in the process of buying a berlingo to use as a micro camper and had toyed with the idea of a boot jump but was wondering about the cooking outside, when weather is horrible. Very useful info!

That white van that Bernie was looking at is a Sussex Campervan like Carol and Ken (of Life is too short ) used to have. I would like to have one someday and then I will travel round Scotland as I have enjoyed your travels

Blue is a good boy to just sit there and be dried with the hair drier! Our Archie would run a mile because the hair drier is on a par with the hoover.
Oh he loves a pamper. Now the Hoover is a completely different matter. As is the lawn mower! 😏🐕
