We spent the night at a parkup in Husinish before heading to catch a ferry to Berneray.
It was a time of sad reflection. The excitement of the journey still to come was slightly overshadowed by the fact we were leaving Harris.

It was one of the highlights. Honestly, those cows were all over the shop. Like a ski slalom 😆🐕🚙
We’ve done that drive, it’s well worth it. Great to see Blue enjoying himself on the beach 🐾🐶🐾
It definitely is worth it. Like a pavement in some areas 😆 and yes, nothing better for our Blue than a beach...we'll perhaps a woodland. He loves those too 🙂🐕🚙

@@the-other-windsors Absolutely! My husband is from the Wirral and loves Yorkshire but wasn’t that enamoured with Harris. Whereas I absolutely loved it. And yes I quite understand the posting later. I do that to my facebook also. By the way we have the same first name! I had to be invented with the name as I had some idiot sending me all kinds of rude messages.
Awh well. Now then...as we say in Yorkshire. There will be just a wee video of the Yorkshire Dales, we shot on our way back from family, later in the year. Perhaps he'll enjoy that one 🙂🐕🚙
Stunning absolutely stunning scenery, i have not toured Scotland as yet mainly because of what I have read about the dreaded midges? Did you come across much of it on this section of your tour? Keep safe and give a hug from me to your four legged furry companion.
Hi thanks for watching and yes, the scenery is truly amazing.
As for midges. You need to pick your time to go. We travelled this tour in Late April, early May. May through to early September are the worse times for them. If its windy too, like on the coast, then they're not an issue. However, even there on still days they come out in vast numbers. The isles are no exception. We were caught out last year in Glen Torridon...nightmare.

Think that's the point. £20 to put some off to ease the congestion and honestly for the UK, even Scotland that's still cheap for a spot with facilities. Most places now over £30! 🙄🐕🚙
