Hmmm something that you didn't mention is mental strength, katakuri gets hit by Luffy because he loses focus, Doflamingo is a genius in manipulating others (not only with strings ha), and Katakuri is weak in that matter, like with his physical aspect (ha, not a problem for a cake like mingo), or making him nervous of why he can't knock out doffy, in Dressrosa Luffy and Law knows about this somewhat regeneration power because Mingo shared that, but probably in a fight with katakuri he wouldn't underestimate his enemy, and share that kind of critical information. Additionally, Katakuri received way less damage than the damage that received Mingo in Dressrossa (like with the knife shot from Law), so getting him angry and unstable would give him a chance to hit him, so probably he wouldn't need to overpower Katakuri fruit awakening. I don't think the birdcage is a menace to Katakuri, and I don't think Mingo would drown in mochi. I mean, he has strings; he can pull himself out of the way, right?

The downplaying of Luffy is absolutely insane, especially with the speed scaling. You are highballing JJk's speed while completely downplaying Luffy's speed, especially since there have been arguably light-speed feats before the time skip and before Wano, where Luffy levels up again and gains gear 5th. Also Luffy has the win condition of Advanc Conquor's Haki to bypass infinity as infinity needs to detect mass and speed to infinitly slow down a target. Advanced Conquer has no mass for it to slow down, and its whole power is bypassing defenses. This video needs to reevaluate the way it looks at one-piece scaling, as it has been far too disingenuous to these characters.

Kaido's blast breath evaporated a mountain when he was drunk in weakest form- Dragon form. His blast breath in hybrid form is easily destroying a city. In this fight, base kaido will speedblitz Mahoraga and One Thunder Bagua or Blast breath will instantly one shot Mahoraga. It will be over in under 1 second.

I am persuaded on the idea that Mihawk has to be as strong as a Yonko cause like you said they need someone in their ranks that’s not a fraud. Mihawk serves as the actual fighting ace here. He would by necessity have to be able to match (not necessarily beat) Shanks, Blackbeard and Luffy (Zoro) and admirals at a bear minimum for the crew to survive. Crazy that Straw Hats will have two Yonko level individuals and an admiral level 3rd.
