Great area up there Krusty, ive camped countless times in the area and the one up top where you camped and i reckon ive never had a night without the dogs howling. As for the petition, well done for helping get the word out but i fear the decision has already been made long ago. Anyways, great trip mate, look forward to the next ep.

The old Oregon makes good kindling, splits straight😂
Another cracker mate. The scenery is just incredible! Makes me wanna plan another trip up that way!
Loving the video so far. For those of us who aren't from Australia, could you go into a little more detail in what converting the state forest land into National Park would do? I'm assuming at the very least trail closures but I guess I'm curious why it's being proposed in the first place. I checked out the FB group and the website but it wasn't super easy to find a ton of details about the how and why of it. Stay safe out there mate!
@@wanderingoglethorpe means that people won’t be able to use the NP as they do the State Forests at the moment. Eg. motorbike riding, 4wding, horse riding, walking dogs, prospecting etc. they will close it all down. Tracks and access trails will become overgrown and when fires come through they won’t be able to be fought. It’s just the way our government try to take our freedom away. They are only concerned about the city folk here in Victoria, the country people miss out on everything.
