Hi Brewers and BBQ-ers! It has been too long between BBQ videos. So here is a really easy one that only takes about an hour (depending on how hot you have your temperature, but I recommend around 125C). Pork burger patty: - 450-500g pork mince - 1 egg - 1 tablespoon of your favourite seasoning (if using salt only add 2 teaspoons) Onion rings: - 1 onion sliced - 1/2 cup of buttermilk - 2 teaspoo...

Hey jupjuck, that seems about right, but it will depend on the type of yeast you use and how many sugars are fermented into alcohol. If you only brew 19L, you will lose about 1L to yeast trub. So you have to choose your payoff - alcohol concentration or volume. I hope that makes sense.

Hi Rod. Unfortunately no idea on the hops, but it is a fair bet to say pride of ringwood or super pride. The product is here (but the description gives nothing away): mangrovejacks.com/collections/consumables/products/mangrove-jacks-brew-enhancer-44-australian-spec-bitter
