great video Jay, I did an extract brew this week (first time in a long time).
i used a very similar process to your brew but I used un hopped LME and some DME in 5litres of water to do my hop additions. it's fermenting away nicely right now.
So it's fair to say you inspired me, Cheers mate!

The Amber Ale looks and sounds refreshing, especially this time of year as the days get warmer. I've seen hopped dry malt online but not here in the US. I'd love to play around with some of that, since I mostly brew partial-mashes with dry malt as the base. Enjoyed the video. Cheers! 🍺

Cheers Skid. The hopped dry malt really does have a good impact on the flavour and aroma of the beer!

Nice one, mate. Amarillo sounds like a good choice. My favourite amber ale uses sabro which seems to work really well with the crystal malt. I’m interested to see how the pilsner turns out. I don’t have the time for all grain either but am interested in using some grain additions (mini mash) to future extract brews. Cheers!

Cheers Hef. I really enjoy Sabro hops, what is the amber ale that uses them?
Keep us posted on when you take the plunge and do a mini mash!
