Great viedo and very Interesting, as having a mate who can only have gluten free beer, I feel like I can brew him a beer for a change that he can drink cheers
The commercial sabro beers that I’ve drunk have all had some coconut in both the flavour and aroma. Did you get any of that or was it just the tropical/stone/citrus fruits?
Hi Hef, Thank you for the feedback. I tried the pale ale again today. I get a hint of soft sweetness that could be argued as coconut but I did put it down to the residual sweetness of the sorghum. But it is probably my palate unable to definably discern coconut in the flavour profile.

Thanks mate. I hope your friend enjoys this beer.
👍🏼 nice one
Cheers mate.
Good video. Never even tried a gluten free beer.
Cheers mate. The best gluten free ones to buy IMO are the O'Briens Pale Ale or Lager.
