Another great vid, sorry got a bit behind and had to catch up 6 episodes in one go but I’m up to date now. Guns are looking great 💪 it’s pretty cold in February over the pond here ❄️but looks lovely where you are ☀️cheers 👍🍻
Thanks mate. Really appreciate your support. With all things going well and OZ and NZ governments decide to keep borders open, I will be able to cross the pond again in a few months time.
If you want to reduce the carbs, add amylase when you add the yeast. Not the hot wort. But yes, the amylase will reduce the carbs to zero or near zero.
@@hefsbeerreviews4127 I had a taste from the fermenter. Despite adding less than 1g/L of hops for each addition, this is a very hoppy beer. Full review coming in a few days when it is carbonated.

I was intrigued by the previous gluten-free brew you did. Greatly looking forward to the outcome on this one. Cheers!
Cheers mate. Hope you are enjoying the content.
If you added Amylase to the wort, do you think you could get the carbs down to near zero?

Hi mate. I’m interested to see how this one tastes. Have you brewed much with sabro hops?
Hi Hef, never brewed with Sabro but sounds like a cracking hop for a pale ale. Cohumulone levels also should deliver a smooth bitterness.
@@jaysbeerchannel5873 I haven’t brewed with it either but I have had a few commercially brewed beers that use it. It’s an interesting hop!
