    I have the 4-cord black aeropilates machine and stopped using this attachment because I have a terrible back pain after doing a workout. I have a rebounder that I bounce on weekly. Please let me know what I may be doing incorrectly on the droplets machine. Thanks

    Hi Marjolein, I bought the reformer in the UK QVC TSV this month. When I jump on the reformer, my machine slides across the room. Is there something I can do to stop that, or am I doing something wrong? Maybe it’s just because it’s on a hard floor. Just thought I’d check. 😊

      It is all in the jumping, landing with soft Kees, engaging your abs and emphasizing down not up. I can jump on any resistance and my machine does not move an inch even on a slippery floor. I challenge you to figure this out

    Can a pillow be used underneath the spine, as mine digs into the reformer cushion and hurts. I use a stadum seat foam seat cushion which really helps.

    Love, been doing this pilates with you since I bought my QVC machine about 9 years ago. People have no idea how old I am but think Im in my 40’s. Reminds me of ballet, giving me the same long, defined muscles.

      I am very curious so even though the recipe is not "traditional Italian" I was intrigued to taste it (also because of the fresh veggie she used) and I must say I was really surprised: I was expecting a big "mapazzone" and instead....     the IT band is not a band. It is connective tissue and it does not "stretch". You have to strengthen the lateral lines of the legs. Check out Anatomy Trains fascial lines.

    I appreciate how well this reformer really does give you a work out. I like how I can fold it up out of the way and then slide it open. I’m 74 and it is easy on my joints but strengthens me. Love it 🎉

    I have the older model that the ropes are not attached at all higher level, I cannot attach a pull up bar . Is the lower rope attachment not ergonomic ? Do I need a newer model ?
