Can't wait....I'm new to reformer workouts. 1 month ago I was lucky enough to find a used, not quite a year old AeroPilates reformer close to me. I was sooo excited! I have purchased many of your dvds on Amazon and Ebay and absolutely LOVE my reformer! I am somewhat familiar with some of the exercises due to doing chair and mat,, but the reformer is so much FUN!! The time flies by way too fast! Thank you for having a RUclips channel!
