    Marjolein, thank you for another excellent workout. This was the best camera position yet... very close up showing more detail of feet and arm positioning. I felt as though I was in the room with you taking a private lesson. Fantastic!!

    I've just done this workout on my reformer and it's brilliant When she asks you to touch your toes I definitely had an extra 2 inches drop. Thankyou
