I suspect you know this, but (and I'm not in front of the cars display presently so I'm going from memory) on the cars infotainment display if you go into 'Settings' and then 'Driver Assistance' there is an on/off toggle. By default it should be on and it should work. However, if you think it's playing up take it into your local dealership and have a chat with them as I haven't notice any problem with mine.

We are picking up our xc40 B4 plus AWD on a 23 plate next week. Replacing a BMW X1. I think the fact that most controls are through the digital display screen might take a bit of getting used to, however I did like the fact I could tell the car to turn on the radio or turn down the heating etc.

@@gillchapgc thanks so much for the comment 🙂 and I sincerely hope you enjoy your XC40 as much as we enjoy ours! The feature you’re referring to is Google Assistant and its great! For anyone reading this who is unfamiliar with Google Assistant, it allows you to ask or action something and it will do it (within reason). Simply say "Hey Google" and the command. For example, "Hey Google, turn off the radio" and it will. In fact you can ask it many things, it’s excellent 🙂!

Hi Jetersson, thanks for the comment 🙂. The short answers is yes and no. There is a mild (maybe a second) delay when pulling out at junctions, which I've only noticed when I've been rushing. As for the heating controls being touch screen, I actually like them as everything is 'just there' on the display and they are easy to control.

You can also use your Google Assistant. "Hey Google increase Fan speed to [numerical number] Hey Google set temperature to [numerical number] Example of commands you can use.

I appreciate you're asking about the GLB but the GLA isn't too far off and I should be reviewing the half-life upgrade GLA soon, so I'll reserve judgement for now, suffice to say given my like for Mercedes I've been surprised how much I like the Volvo too, with the Plus and Ultra models adding even more refinement.

Hi Shankara, it might not be possible in all countries but in the UK it is. I upload them into my 'Amazon Photos' account (Google 'Amazon Photos' and use the same login if you have an Amazon account). Once you have uploaded all the photos you want to display go to your Echo Show (the device itself), open 'Settings' > 'Clock & Photo Display' > 'Amazon Photos' and choose how you want the photos to be displayed.

It shouldn't matter too much, but I would advise making sure it comes with the soft cleaner head as it's designed for hard surfaces. If the v11 is significantly cheaper, you might want to save some money and get this.

That said, there is little between the v12 and v15 and I would get the v12. It's an excellent cleaner, cheaper and on 'Auto' mode has an almost like for like cleaning ability to the v15, as demonstrated here: 03:57

It may depend on where you are in the world, but Dyson have offered a free dok with a Dyson cordless vacuum purchase, so it might be worth calling back and enquiring if this is still the case as not all Dyson customer service representatives are equal in their knowledge.

Hi imear, yes you need to keep the trigger pressed all the time while using the V15. It's not terrible and it doesn't bother everyone, but a button is more comfortable.

There isn't really anything to report on as it remains as good as the day we got it and still looks great, although we do look after items like this well. So in brief: "Does the hairdryer still work?" Yes perfectly well! || "Does it still look brand new or does it scuff and scratch easily?" It still looks new with no wear or damage.

Hi Stum, thank you so much for the kind words 🙂! Generally we don't to use it for more than 2 people but the grind does last a few days and therefore should be enough for the number of coffees you need to make. That said at times it has surprised me how quickly we have gone through the grind.

The Meta Quest 3 is an excellent VR and AR headset immersing you into the flight sim world. So if you plan on using it regularly (even if only for Flight Simulator) then yes it’s absolutely worth it - click here to see how good it is 05:23 ! However, keep in mind you may need to use a cable connected between the headset and PC eliminating connection issues which might happen through WiFi (I have added a web link in the description of the cable we use).

Headset is good for instrument training in sim.
