I have a mark6 and when I click on the car audio nothing happens, doesn’t go to the next screen. Do you know how I can reset my unit ?

I have the CarPlay module, wish means two CarPlay systems working altogether probably against each other. What would you recommend based on experience, do they work well together (which I don’t think is possible) or you just recommend to keep just the apex dash and let the CarPlay module go

Hello, any tips for CarPlay not connecting? I’ve had the mark6 for lil over a year and overall it’s been a great buy. Never had any issues. Now all of sudden my CarPlay won’t connect to my iPhone. It stays on the loading screen.
