Hi Louis ! Outsiders are great, and I was listening to Barclay James Harvest earlier this morning. Carl Tweed from England turned me on to the Dutch band.. The Outsiders. Excellent band, garage/ psych !

I pulled Thunderball out of there as well, Gary ! I might go back tomorrow.. More soundtracks in one place that I have ever seen ! I got lucky again !!! 🫡

Thanks Richie.. No show Jones did come back to my house, and I had those Waylon LP's already. Did I Flip by a Jerry Reed ? I need to go back ! There were more soundtracks than I have ever seen in one place, and I did pick up 3 Bond titles.. Thunderball is the other I did not show. The Dutch Outsiders are super cool garage psych as well !

I'm getting lucky, again Craig ! This guy called me up and made an appt for me to drive over to Carson City ( 25 miles ). One other guy gets a first look, and I'm second.. Which is fine by me. The guy that's first likes Folk, Jazz and 80's.. So that leaves a lot of room for me !

Ben, I watched your last video halfway.. then had to bolt to work ! This dig was intense and pretty physical, but it's the thing I like to do. Budgie Squawk was a killer find as well. So so many soundtracks and too many to film. I had a good time going down there, and I might drive over in the morning before work ! Yeah.. I couldn't pass on the Motown titles, especially this clean !

Thank you for checking my channel out. From my very first video.. It's almost all been thrift and inexpensive garage digs, like my Bill's Garage series that really fattened up my record collection. My best dig was .25-cent records from a nearby thrift store ! Good luck out there in the real wild, " as I call it ! 😊

Yeah, Steve.. We have wild horses all over northern Nevada. They are allowed to roam free. I love those Bond soundtracks, I picked up Thunderball as well ! Have you been to Cheyanne yet for their record shop north of you ?

The other Outsiders.. Yes, I have heard of them. I will have a listen here in a bit, and good point of.. Do I really need this one ! I might go back and have another look. I have made a good relation with Layton, nice guy, and he calls me when stuff is happening !

That's the great Barney Kessel on your "Her Name Is Julie".. on guitar, I'm sure you knew that. Agreed.. My favorite Julie London, and I have an almost perfect copy like yours. The sound on that record with volume is like Julie with bass and guitar, right there in front of us while listening ! Thank you ✌

Absolutely ! And that Anita O Day was a good find as well ! I like the Etta releases from 1989 through the early 200's an awful lot. She does tons of killer material with updated bands during that run.. Thanks for taking the time on this one.

Craig.. Good to hear from you ! I never tire of Peter Green, Danny Kirwan and Jeremy Spencer. Bob Welch kept of with quality material with Danny on Kiln House, Future Games and Bare Trees. I like Gilmour solo a lot. I will listen to some on the way to work this morning ! Yeah.. Willie and Leon ! Pretty epic !!

I was definitely worked afterwards ! Layton talked to me, for a while.. I felt like I was plugged into a wall socket ! Haha. It was nice to pull over and soak up some natural surroundings at Washoe lake on the way to Reno. No Jerry Reed, though.. I picked up the one with Amos Moses not long ago. I haven't forgotten. When I get doubles, I'll let you know..

Mike, You and I do have very similar tastes in music. I'm on a dig right now of 2000 records in a warehouse, difficult to pull the gems out of there with a lot of country, which I do like many artists, especially classic country. I saw U2 on the Joshua Tree tour in Oakland.. Amazing show !

A quick look at RUclips.. Fanny Beat Club is the band's best performance, even over the studio LP's. The list is long for Norwegian descent artists !

The section in Las Vegas was spot on, I was there almost everyday before and during the opening of the International, as we lived 4 blocks down from the hotel on Paradise Rd. I agree with you about the actor.. Could have been better.

We really loved Brent ! One time at the Greek in Berkeley ( 83 or 84 ), the boys played Uncle John's into.. Don't Need Love" and it was the first time the entire band backed Brent on his solo stuff. It was awesome ! Thanks, Randy ✌️

The first two tracks on the debut Journey are infectious ! The riff on the first track is amazing throughout and then they break into some of the tastiest fusion rock, ever ! You can tell I really like the early stuff ! Talk soon ✌
