French Dip Sandwich- Probably the tastiest sandwich I have tried | ChunsBuns
Hello and welcome back to my kitchen!
This is one of the tastiest sandwiches I have tried but it's also SO messy! It's easy to make and DEFINITELY worth a try!
That tender slow cooked beef with those sweet caramelised onions and the kick of the horse radish sauce just works so well together...
Ingredients:
1kg beef chuck/ Anything good for slow cooking!
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 TSP dry thyme
1 TSP garlic powder
1 TSP paprika
Stock:
750ml good quality beef stock
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
2 whole bulbs garlic (don't crush the cloves, keep them whole!)
1/4 TSP dry thyme (you can use a stalk of fresh rosemary and thyme instead! I just didn't have any)
1/4 TSP dry rosemary
1 TSP onion powder
1 TSP parsl...
