Hello and welcome back to my kitchen!
This is another very simple yet very indulgent recipe, which is sure to impress...Marry Me Chicken! The chicken dish so good, it's guaranteed a proposal (or a divorce when you notice a hair on the cooker in editing :')...the forbidden secret ingredient...)
A very romantic chicken recipe, perfect to impress your Valentine!
Ingredients:
For the chicken breast:
500g chicken breast sliced into cutlets
Salt and pepper to taste
1 TSP onion powder
1 TSP paprika powder
Butter and sundried tomato oil to fry
For the sauce:
1 knob of butter
1 small diced onion
3-4 minced garlic cloves
1 TSP oregano
1 TSP mixed herbs
1 TSP chilli flakes (or less if you prefer less spice!)
300ml double cream
200ml chicken/vegetable stock
50g sundried tomato
50g grated parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste

Forgive me, what herbs are in mixed herbs, typically?

The blends can differ, but mine contains marjoram, thyme, oregano, basil. Hope this helps!
