I'm cooking this tonight and will guess at 1 large onion 🧅 By the way, quick thank you - I've got a favourite Jalfrezi recipe and have always used chicken breast. In your Chicken Makhani recipe you suggest using chicken thigh as breast dries out too quickly, so recently I've cooked my curries with thigh and they're much nicer (and keep better in the fridge too) - cheers! 😀
