Chicken Pasta Ingredients:
12 oz Fettuccini pasta or Spaghetti
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast (2 medium), cut in half lengthwise
1 egg
1 Tbsp milk
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
Lemon Alfredo Sauce
4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (from 1 large lemon), divided
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp onion powder
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp parsley, optional garnish

I used to be like you. That's why I used to hate cooking. All that hardwork with no reward. Haha but somehow as I grew older, I'm able to enjoy my own cooking now. Haha
Oh my gosh, Natasha!!! I made this for lunch and it was outrageously delicious.
Here's the funny thing....half way through the meal, my fiance asked what we were eating and I told him lemon chicken alfredo. He said he couldn't tell it was lemon even though I had used a whole lemon in the recipe...so I asked him to go pick me another lemon off our tree out back. He brought it in, I sliced it in half, turned the heat back on the alfredo pasta pot to medium low, and slowly added half of the lemon's juice into the sauce and pasta, and the other half of the lemon juice to the chicken and had him taste it again. His eyes got all wide and shiny, and suddenly he was gobbling the pasta and sauce right out of the pot! I had to fight to get the fork back from him.
Moral of the story, you can't overdo it on the lemon...and next time I make it, I won't let my fiance into the kitchen while I'm cooking unless he's bringing extra lemons for the sauce and a bottle of wine for the cook.
Made this the other night and my family loved it ! Easy and delicious !😍

I always mix part regular bread crumbs and part Panko, unseasoned of course as I season them myself. Helps them stick better and still gives that Panko crunch.

Made this this evening. It was SOOO good! I was worried my family wouldn't like the lemon but it was so subtle that no one noticed. I think it gave it a fresh taste to the dish. My youngest kept saying it's like we're at a restaurant! Everyone loved it! Thanks for the recipe!

Hey Natasha, I tried this one out with your other lemon, butter, garlic chicken that's almost the same just a little different. I just wanted a side with it so I found this one. I added other seasonings as well like thyme, rosemary, Parmesan, paprika with everything you mentioned etc for inside the chicken. I ended up having half the left overs for the spread, I made 2 small ones, and a big one. I ended up using the leftovers in the sauce for the noodles. I threw a little flour in there, cooked it a bit, then used half and half and added a little more Parmesan. Bam Sauce ready to go! Instead of having to repeat throwing stuff together. I had leftovers so I figured might as well and it was SOOO good. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!
