HP stacking not nerfed, tanks still oneshot you while being immortal. No giant slayer or strong anti-tank items. No AD assassin item buffs. Another patch that does nothing, Bruisers and Tanks are still overpowered, Hp stacking mages are still insanely strong. ADCs and Assassins, especially on midlane are still dogshit

The problem is that any toplaner with a brain will realize that they're not being contested and simply push wave and go roam themselves.

hah to many blue player in one team (or all of them being to blue) will make the team lose the game by passive'ness and if they ever get behind they wont have any will to fight. We seen that in rekkle'es last years as ADC... he didnt know how to make any plays, and was just passive farming and losing the game. You need a mix of both color's but they need to be close enough to be able to work togheter (like 2019 G2). Rekkles on his early years was agressive, and was focusing on lane and winning it. He was winning games then, as he had other ppl to look at game from "bird eye" lense.

all they needed to do was rework the ward detecting rune (which will never be balanced anyway) into giving adaptive force again,or maybe up electrocute scaling but 70 base damage at lvl 1 is as much as several abilities do at that level,this is insane wtf it will also promote unskilled gameplay of killing people without fully utilizing your kit as opposed to adaptive force being more fair...

I think they completely fucked up the atakhan priority, if it's obviously intended as a mechanic to encourage fast paced play, why have the respawn mechanic be gated behind the "play slow for 25 minutes" version? Wouldn't it make much more sense to force pros to fight nonstop (because thats what your average viewer wants to see) if they want to obtain the obviously stronger buff?

Mel is easy to pick up, because shes broken as heck, she does way to much damage even when players are doing little to nothing in fights.

It would be much more helpful if these streamers would react to patch notes AFTER phreak drops his rundown that way they're able to understand the context of the changes. Sometimes they'll say, "I don't understand why they would do that change," and well... The lead of the live balance team explains exactly what they were thinking with each change in a video every patch.

Okay, no. grubs was the best addition to the game for toplane. giving a relevant and powerful objective that is TEAM BENEFICIAL and encourages jungle presence on the top side of the map was amazing. them making the lane harder to gank too was also spectacular. at this point all they could do is just make more champions in that role have more roaming capabilities similar to how garen can press Q to run around the map. But like, how do you do that without making some of them overpowered support picks and degenerate jungle champions who can permanently invade? the only games that I feel my lane had nothing to help stop a game is when the jungle has 0 macro. like sup and adc can always coin flip the right fights and then be relevant because the items are insanely good these days. but for some reason if the jungler is stupid, its been the biggest deadweight of the season so far for me. like, as a toplaner I have been able to play around weak teammates or shut down fed adcs. but the moment I have a jg who goes for their blue/red buff opposite of baron/drag/atakhan when my whole team is positioned to fight for it. its game over. because they are also the most ignorant next to rage quitting enchanter players, it is impossible to convince them to change focus. so I mean, maybe another way toplaners could get more agency is buffs to jungle monster damage again. this would allow them to steal cs from useless junglers and poach the enemy jungler's farm better. but they have to be careful with that too.

I think the main problem enabling support roam/lane swap is the comeback XP mechanic they put in however many seasons ago. I've tried very extreme levels of support roaming and walking around the map making sure to take the minimal XP from other lanes, and it feels like it's just never punished. You get like 3, 4, 6, 7 levels behind solo laners, then you show up for one single wave and you're level 3-5, and that gap with the solo laners smooths out. It's WAY too much and it feels exploitable like bounties were back when Baus was intentionally giving enemies bounties to get ahead.
