Aphelios for example is very bad vs things that outrange him, and 4/5 guns are low range so for the vast majority of the time he’s low range in comparison to a lot of other ads. Jhin on the other hand is an AD mage in disguise. John’s waveclear is fairly strong with traps/Q and his high ad.

Riot shouldnt nerf Jax or Camille directly. They should first fix something that has been an issue for a long long time - Trinity Force sheen proc powerspike. Its way to big and it creates this weird situation of champions like Camille, Jax going from a reasonable power level to completely unhinged head smashing. What should be the fix? Change the sheen damage procs the same way it works on Lich Bane (scaling): 100% Base AD + 30% Bonus AD. This might even allow them to revert some of the stat changes of Trinity to make it more viable on champs that are not primary Trinity users. Once they do that it might turn out that Camille and Jax dont really need a nerf and it was all the time the item being badly designed.
I don't really think it's that bad for the tank counter champion to be doing well in a tank meta but personal opinion aside I'm sure they'll nerf her soon.

So the question is when did bruisers become meta for all the roles, not even the Doinb year with melee bruiser mid was a meta for bruisers everywhere.

I dont think that they are going to buff the damage of champs like Pantheon, Lee or Riven. I bet they will buff their cooldowns, because after abolishing Mythic items and this item rework all of them lost up to 60 AH and if you are ever forced to build a non AH item on those champs it extremely hurts now so you rather stick with the really not optimal items that at least give you AH.

He is completely wrong about Yone, let me elavorate: The champ lost a lot of attackspeed because they nerfed Berserkers while previously they nerfed Bork's AS some patchs ago. This makes it so if you don't go Stride second item unironically you still don't hit your Q cd cap, UNLESS YOU GO TEMPO. So you have this situation at hand: 1) You go a shit rune (Tempo) to cap your Q cd with just Berserkers and Bork, to then buy Shieldbow second which is a good item now. 2) You go the correct rune (Fleet or Grasp depending on matchup), but then you have to go Stride second to cap Q CD, which they overnefed by a good mile. 3) You go the correct rune and also Shieldbow second item, but then your attackspeed is so shit that you don't cap Q CD and also every animation feels really slow. The champion doesn't have any good choices, and also, having to play with Fleet is so fucking boring holy shit, not only is it boring, you also have no agency because your whole playstyle revolves around surviving poke, you never have prio. That being said, does that champion deserve a buff? I have no idea, depends on what they are changing next patch, they are tweaking crit items and bork, also nerfing Grasp which is his best rune in many cases.
