L3Harris PVS-31a VS ACT in Black DTNVS
Why is it called a clip on when it's actually a clamp on??? Why not just call it a strap on????
The noise just means I'm having extra fun in extra dark 🤷🏻♂️
Disgusting
I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around what I would see with these things. I feel like I’d rather have something fully against my face as opposed to 4 tiny screens inches away from my face. I guess I just don’t get it.
Looks like she has a massive fupa
Never take your shooting hand off your weapon. Bad advise.
all bro could afford was a mtn dew
Lasers are useful in CQB and against people who do not have NV, but out in the open a laser will most likely get you killed. Everyone and their brother has NV now. Even the Taliban thanks to Sleepy Joe. On top of that digital NV is approaching Gen 2 quality and would give someone the ability to see exactly where you are if you turn on that laser or illuminator. Asymmetrical warfare is getting more symmetrical
Be nice to see what without night vision as well. That would really show how effective they are.
Kyle Morgan is an absolute genius
According to the BluBearing Solutions website, the CEO is a former Green Beret and former operator in "the Army's Special Mission Unit", which isn't the name of a unit, but a term that usually means Delta or another JSOC unit. Blake Cook is listed as the head trainer and assaulter, but the extent of his CBQ experience appears to be as a SWAT team member on the Fayetteville, NC Police Dept., where Fort Liberty (Bragg) is located. While many of the officers are former soldiers in the 82nd Airborne Division, I don't know any former SOF operators who are cops there, and it's a relatively small, backwater place. And police CBQ is far different from the level of training and execution and tactics used by Delta, SEALs, and Green Berets. I'm a retired Green Beret, and had teammates who were in Delta, and I do recognize the nonverbal signals he talking about.
It’s so cool you let someone experience that
Sure this is delta? That guy put his barrel inside the room so the enemy to the left easily could see him before entering
Nah Bro. This ain’t them. 🇺🇸😁cheers
35.3 on my tube. Can only afford 1. Better than nothing.
I got 32 on my elbit
Yeah I will stick with my atn.
Dude looks like Caleb Frances skinner and more of a badass twin 😂
green makes u more violent
Lasers are fun
What helmet is that?
The marine corps have issued their infantry units with the pvs31s. Best investment the marine corps ever made
Try the other way. Lock the rifle down and put the laser on the offset mark. fire so the round impact inside the suppressor hole.
I can’t believe the amount of GWOT dodgers in the comments talking shit 😂 Go play dress up while those who did fight and are real men train. 🖕🏼🖕🏼
Would someone usually keep their stock fully extended in cqb? Or does he have it out that far because of the night vision?
It’s so they can pull the charging handle out fully in the event of a malfunction
In a perfect world, maybe. But the bad guy would have shot at the guy just standing there, at the right side of the doorway. as soon as he saw him he would have engaged with him. He wouldn’t have just waited for the leader to come in a clear the room first. Plus the guy in the poncho flagged the guy in the corner.
🤦🏻♂️ They were just there to observe, not so much to be the number 2 man. It was mostly so they could observe how Kyle cleared most of the room before making entry.
My L3 unfilmed WP has 3.0 EBI rip
Me just wanting to buy something cheap
I got dinged for a safety vio for moving on a shot call in training. My NR1 man was moving off his wall to clear dead space behind a half wall, and I was supporting as the NR3 man. He called shot (wasn't a necessary shot call under the circumstances, but he called it), and I could see half the target he was about to engage, as I was half a step to his right. I couldn't identify a weapon, so I took the half step to my left to get shoulder to shoulder with him, identify the weapon, and support him in the engagement. I personally feel the safety vio and getting the boot was a bit harsh, but rules are rules. Under the circumstances, I knew who had called it, I knew why he'd called it, and I knew I wasn't moving into his line of fire. I wanted to support my team mate, and absolutely would have done it if we were in a live situation. Maybe that's the wrong call. Thoughts?
Sounds like a reasonable action on your part if that's an accurate description of events. As Kyle said, on "Shot!" everyone should freeze. But there are exceptions to nearly every rule, particularly in combat / a gunfight.
L3 Harries baby
Can you give the stats on these? Ex the tubes, fom...stuff like that
Especially now that our enemies have our NVGs in the Middle East 😂
"No, you're good." = good teacher
What’s the SNR on this tube?
"No we're doing non verbal. All quiet."
Insert the meme where the guy is checking out another chick in front of his girlfriend.... Elbit
IIIIILLLLLUMMMMMINAAAAAAATION!!!!!
Your likes are all suburban white dudes who are never gonna use any of their gear in a real situation
dude, loose the beer Berly
useless
My L3 is 33.4. Right after I bought it.. 34’s and 35’s became available in stock. “Way she goes.” Still pleased though.
@@ronejr766 at least you didn’t get a 25 SNR commspec unit like me:(
Dude don't worry, you won't see a difference between 33,4 and 35 even if you compare them side by side.
@@vn-dc3hv very true
I prefer the Norotos Lo Sto personally
My ECHO is only 29.09 SNR but hey it does okay 😅
For ECHO, I don’t think 29 is that bad is it? I know they tend to have lower snr values than L3’s.
@@ronejr766 for an ECHO I think mine is on the higher side specs wise, they usually cap out at 2000 fom but mine is at 1978. I’ve done a demo on my channel if you want to see how it performs. I’d love L3 but I’m in Europe so Gen 3 isn’t very common sadly
@@frazer1988 will check it out.
I got some of the gp echo high gains a couple months ago, they cam in at around 32/33, extremely happy with them
You're eyes are squared on your sites. Allows you to have 180 degree Peripheral.
My non-verbal queue was when i farted real loud (CQB training made me nervous so it gave me bad gas)
As soon as he said Knights Armament I knew it wasn't for me haha
What is that riser he’s running?
I never had my buttstock extended. It was as short as possible when we went in.
Yep, all those sneaky squirrel house to house missions??? I wonder how the men part of operation Neptune Spear carried out their mission? Did they communicate verbally? Of course they did. You aren't dispatching bad guys in the most confined places without talking.
The only question I have is are we taking the hand off of the trigger for teaching purposes or is that apart of non verbal message. Only ask because I personally was trained to never drop the trigger finger
I'm just going to say it ...that's sexy as hell right there !!!
Aren’t those quad nods heavy? Too heavy for sustained use in the field? Having peripheral vision is amazing, but is it worth the extra $$$?
