You pointed at the light sensor (shuts the tubes off if exposed to high levels of light) when you said it was the on board illuminator. the on board illuminator is on the other side of the power / manual gain knob. You have failed to mention that feature which is a pretty big and neat feature that isn't a feature in any bino system out there.. Just an FYI going forward.
Awesome videos you’re producing. Very detailed and extremely appreciated. I am seeing some conflicting information regarding the weight of these 31D / F5032s. Manufacturer lists as *weight: under 500g, but the * denotes that is weighed with fixed diopters and without adjustable gain control. Can you throw a set on a scale and solve this mystery for us? Thanks!
Fully adjustable gain and diopters, with Demist shields factory installed. “AA” batteries work no matter what direction they are installed, however there is a recommended direction of insertion, positive side in!
How do these compare in quality to the pvs31A from L3. Is it better to spend the xtra money for the aftermarket support/ availability of parts for the pvs31A when or if they need repair? I just ordered the Pvs14 from you last night but was wondering about these for a set of Bnvg’s
These are a good option but the image quality, glass, and battery pack are better on the PVS-31a. If we are being honest we would recommend the PVS-31a for most applications.
Purchased a 2376 31D set from you guys. Couldn’t be happier with the finished product.
What do you think about them? All the features this system has seams to suit what I need but there isn't a whole lot of videos on them
Manual gain is God when wearing nods all night. Helps greatly with fatigue clarity. Happy that y'all really push manual gain.
Spot on, and the sole reason I still have a pvs-14 even though I use duals primarily.
I love all these review videos! Keep em coming!
we have tons more planned! Thank you for the kind words, glad they are helpful.
Great review! These look like a great system. Thanks!

Any form of “Iris cap” for this model similar to the ones cold harbour makes for PVS14?
What Battery pack works with these tubes?
Who has better optics L3 or Elbit?

Man I wish I could afford these
What would you recommend for video recording through nods?

How is the glass compared to the 31As?
Can you guys warranty these or do they have to be sent to Elbit? I love them but I’ve personally seen them break a lot so it’s a factor for me
These would have to be sent back to Elbit for warranty work.
They aren’t meant to be used by marines. That was a bad call, totally a special forces, non-tard tool
@@glasstactical4428 except SF uses the 31A. These were a marine specific contract from what I was told by the procurement team.
31A’s also break a lot. It’s what happens when you hand plastic hard use items to the military, to do mil things with.
31A's break a lot too just an FYI
Where to buy
