You make it look like Sinn is copying Breitling. You do realize Sinn bought the rights for that design from Breitling decades ago right?

You're pulling the clasp off wrong, that's why it's hard. You're supposed to pull from the end of the clasp with your fingernail. That end is designed to flex on Rolex style clasps

this is a watch for idiots..i mean the real one..i never had in my f@cikng life a watch that needs every week to change time date etc...disaster..has always 31 days so that needs fix too..if you leave it in the sun for 5-6 hours fet crazy and goes to 29 of the month ...500 euros ....i have about 15 watches from 200 euros to 28000 rolex ..this one is for idiots.i am a idiot...

Really appreciated your detailed and most helpful video. Thanks so much! Since I hadn't been able to get my old Seiko Kinetic to run for some time, I was ready to toss it until I watched this. Afterward, I figured I had nothing to lose but the cost of the kit (about $20 on Amazon) by trying a a capacitor replacement, because I already had all the necessary tools. My Kinetic is a different model from yours. It's a Prospex 5M85, but it takes the same capacitor kit (#30235MY). When the kit arrived, I was a little disappointed to see that the insulator wa curled up like a potato chip. Fortunately, the old insulator was still fine, so I reused that one. Speaking of that insulator, I found it impossible to properly position the insulator and the metal retainer bracket and get them both properly oriented while they were two separate pieces. My solution was to use a tiny bit of contact cement on the surfaces where they mated with each other and allow them to bond together into a single assembly prior to installing them. That was far less aggravating. Surprisingly, after my Kinetic was buttoned up again, it took only a couple dozen swirls before the second hand was dutifully marching around the dial again. Big win! We won't talk about the 3-hour Easter egg hunt for one of those miniscule bracket screws that had popped off the watch and and landed somewhere on the floor. One unexpected result from installing this kit in my watch is the movement's weird response to having its Power Reserve button pressed. Based on your video, I was expecting inaccurate readings on the low side, but that's not what I've been seeing. My second hand will quickly sweep around to Max Charge, maybe even a little more. But then it completely freezes for several seconds, and I'll have to give it several shakes to get it going again. I imagine this has something to do with how my watch's movement reacts to the different capacitor chemistry. Just thought you should know. Anyway, my Kinetic has been running great for nearly a day now, and I expect it will continue to do so. Thanks again for the most excellent video.

Just picked this up for 150 with free shipping............my only criticism is with the clasp, razer sharp corners on that clasp...... I actually scratched my self pretty bad with one of those sharp corners im even considering taking a file to it to dull those those sharp corners......it appears they did fix that issue with the clasp sticking as you try to remove it...... maybe they saw this video lol,......overall its an ok watch definitely not worth 300 when you have companies Like aragon offering A 40mm dive watch With saphire glass and ceramic bezels and nh35 movement for under 200....... oh and that on the fly quick adjust is very wobbly and rattley........ nowhere near that refinement on that real deal rolex clasp....... its a functional decent replica. Again its A good watch overall, not worth 300 but 150 with free shipping its worth it

That is really stylish! And so much cheaper than say a Cartier Tank or JLC Reverso. If you're willing to go quartz, a vintage Seiko Dolce would be about the same cost and much thinner.

I have six Breitling watches, including a Navitimer, but I really like this Sinn. The main issue with Breitling Navitimers is their lack of waterproofness.

Agree that it would be better without the date, if it could shave off 1mm. But at 14.5mm, it's not a train wreck for thickness, like some of the other Sinn chronographs that are 17mm tall. In any event, the date would not stop me from buying it, especially the dark blue version, which is stunning. And that 200m water resistance is a huge bonus. Frankly, why anyone would buy a Breitling Navitimer at twice the cost of this Sinn is beyond me.

Won’t ever trade a B01 for a La Joux Perret. Sinn makes terrific watches but not quite there. Breitling Navitimer is a legendary watch.

I was yesterday in the Sinn Boutique in Frankfurt. The iced blue is limited on 500 pieces and solled out yesterday. But mostly by online orders, with a waiting time of over a half year. So still possible to inroll into the waiting list and hope that some quick online clicker do jump off.

I am still wondering should I go A23322 with 7750 or this Sinn. One one hand I will have the Breitling heritage and all, on the other the masterfully build 903 that looks like A23322, but it's not A23322. This version of Navitimer at least for me - is the best modern Navitimer ever made as I am not a fan of the modern ones and I love the simplicity and robustness of 7750

Great watch! I’m definitely trading my 2018 903 St BE for a newer version of the same, or the LE version. I own a Navitimer as well (pre B01 movement) and may upgrade that as well. I wear my Sinn much more frequently simply because it’s been more durable because of the water resistance with a screw down crown. I’ve worn it swimming at the lake many times. My Navi had to be repaired after I jumped in a pool with it on believing its slight water resistance would be ok…it wasn’t and stared fogging up the next day. It cost over $1,000 for the repair (which is the general $$ range to service or repair most Swiss mechanical watches). Bravo Sinn for upgrading and making an overall better/durable watch IMO! 👏👏

With my full respect to sinn and this watch specifically, but I would not buy this watch. I would buy the real thing from breitling. Plus B01 is far superior movement

It's a good movement and the specs are amazing. The old inner rotating bezel was unusable. Breitling has said several times, that water resistance on a Navitimer is impossible. I'm going to acquire this timepiece.

I like history this model and new release is so pretty. I have the same movement LJP in my FC and I can definitely recommended. I hate sport watches even flieger watches that have 3 or 5 ATM WR. Sinn has amazing 20 ATM WR. Overall very very well.🤩🤩
