GSA is a pretty big Corp even by real life standards. You aim to win big you have to play big. That means commitment.

It seems the wait and checking and participation requirements probably have something to do with how the scoundrels infiltrate and sink other corps from within. They know the tricks so they know the security needed. Ease of access is never secure.
